1:1 Yoga Wellness Session

Awaken body wisdom. Balance your energy. Deepen self-awareness.

These personalized sessions provide a safe and sacred space to explore the subtle relationship between breath, body, and mind.

Each session may include:

  • Mindful asana (therapeutic yoga movement) to support embodiment and awareness
  • Pranayama to regulate prana (life force energy) and the nervous system
  • Applied kinesiology to explore energetic imbalances and subtle body support
  • Guided inquiry aligned with yogic principles (such as ahimsa, svadhyaya, and santosha)
  • Hands-on support or self-touch to deepen presence and self-trust

These sessions are not about performance or flexibility—they are an invitation to return to your true nature (svarupa), and remember the wholeness that has always been within you.

Who this is for:
Anyone navigating chronic stress, emotional heaviness, fatigue, life transitions, or a desire to reconnect with their inner wisdom through yoga.

🕊️ No prior yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome.
